8. Freight Payment: 第八條　運費的支付

運費應(yīng)于裝貨結(jié)束后____個銀行工作日內(nèi)支付，但至遲應(yīng)在開艙卸貨以前。按照以上（A）或（B）已收取或應(yīng)收取的運費，在貨物裝上船后為出租人所賺��；不論船舶貨物滅失與否，承租人必須支付，無需返還，不得扣減。

9. Demurrage/Despatch: 第九條　滯期費／速遣費

Demurrage/Despatch per day or pro rata to be settled within       days after completion of discharging provided that Owner’s lien, if any, on the cargo shall not be affected by this provision.

滯期費／速遣費為每天____／____，不足一天按比例計算，于卸貨結(jié)束后____天內(nèi)結(jié)算，但出租人如有留置貨物的權(quán)利，不受本條規(guī)定的影響。

10. Taxes/Dues/Fee: 第十條　稅費／規(guī)費／費用

Taxes/dues/fee if any on vessel/freight to be for Owners’account, howsoever the amount thereof may be assessed. Same on cargo if any to be for Charterers’account, howsoever the amount thereof may be assessed.

船舶／運費的稅費／規(guī)費／費用由出租人負擔(dān)，不論其計算方法如何。貨物的稅費／規(guī)費／費用由承租人負擔(dān)，不論其計算方法如何。

11. Agency: 第十一條　代理

This Fixture Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law, and the Charter Party shall be established when this Fixture Note is signed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Fixture Note shall be submitted to China Maritime Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties.

 本確認書適用中國法律并根據(jù)中國法律解釋，自簽訂之日起租船合同成立。本確認書產(chǎn)生的或與本確認書有關(guān)的任何爭議均應(yīng)提交中國海事仲裁委員會在____仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對當(dāng)事人均有約束力。

14. Gencon Charter: 第十四條　金康租船合同
